Cris is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Team Builder and Lay Minister, she is also an author, poet and playwright. Cris is a highly sought after Keynote Speaker and co-author of the book, "The Female Leader".

Trilanda has over 15 years of HR experience. She is currently The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Calumet Specialty Products. Trilanda enjoys baking and is the owner of TriKeiCo Desserts.Trilanda has served with Harvest Girls for 5 years and is the lead facilitator of Girls of the Harvest.

Yolanda is a Production Planner with General Motors, holds multiple degrees with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University. She is a former member of The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Yolanda has served with Harvest Girls International, Inc. for 5 years.
